Sinful Brownies

These brownies are to die for, but actually.

I'm sure there is an actual recipe for this but I kinda made mine up :)
I was lazy and used a brownie mix but you can use whatever brownie recipe you wnat, I prefer the hershey's recipe!

So I layered:
Brownie
Peanut Butter (it helps to melt it a little to spread easier)
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Brownie (this layer is optional)
Oreo's
Brownie (thin layer)
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Reese's
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Brownie

...........talk about killer .... and deep dish

What I love most about it, besides it's taste, is that after baking it's not definite layers, it all mixes together as the brownie rises around the layers........ so good

I told you it was to die for.

So get creative and invent your own layers :)

Cheesecake Anybody??

I   LOVE  Cheesecake!
And this is another really simple recipe!
It's nice because it's pretty quick and is a nice and fancy dessert to bring to any get together!

So.... Here it goes!
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (from a box)
1/2 cup of sugar
5 tbs. of butter (melted)

For the Filling:
2- 8oz. packages of original cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
Just a pinch or two of salt
1 3/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 eggs

Instructions:
Mix up graham cracker crumbs, the sugar, and the butter, and press it into a dish- whichever you prefer. Bake for 5-7 min. at 350 F. Set aside to cool.
For the filling  mix the cream cheese, sugars, salt, and vanilla, and then gradually add in the eggs- Pour into your dish.
Bake at 350 F for 35-45 min. Check it occasionally and use a toothpick to stick it in slanted in the side so you don't leave a hole, if it's still gooey leave it in longer, and check the top for browning. It's okay if it jiggles a little in the center but if it jiggles a lot, pop it back into the oven.
Once it's done chill it for at least 4 hours!

*Optional Topping: I like to whip up some whipping cream and sugar to make some homemade whipped cream. Play it by taste to add sugar to your liking and don't over whip it, just until light and fluffy.... and Delicious :)

Granny's Oatmeal Cookies

These are honestly the best oatmeal cookie recipe ever! They remind me of when I was so little and my granny always had tons of cookies when we came to visit her!

All You Need Is:
1 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of butter (2 sticks softened)
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1- 3.5 oz. serving of vanilla instant pudding mix (Jello Brand Preferred)
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of oats
1 cup of raisins

Preheat the oven to 375F.
Mix flour and soda, set aside. Then combine butter, sugar, and pudding, and beat until creamy. Add in the flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. Batter should be stiff. Drop them onto a cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 min. The cookies may still be a little gooey when they come out of the oven but that's okay, just let them set and they will be nice and moist once they are cooled and you can eat them up! I hope you love them as much as I do!

Snow Cream Anyone ?

You must be wondering what snow cream is? Well- it's when you get a bucketful of fresh snow and add some sweetened condensed milk to it and BAM! Snow Cream! You Don't Need More Than A Spoonful Or Two Of The Sweetened Condensed Milk But You Can Add As Needed!

It may look a little crumbly but trust me! It's delicious!

Sick Chicken Casserole

This is one of my favorite dishes, it's called Sick Chicken because my Mom would make it for us when were sick! It is so easy to make because you just throw it all into one dish and Bake!

Ingredients:
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of cream of celery
4-5 chicken breasts cooked and diced
1 box of stuffing- Stove Top for Turkey

Put the chicken along the bottom of the casserole dish, and in a bowl mix the broth and cream of celery and spread it over the chicken. Cook the stuffing according to the box and then spread it over the chicken and soup. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Sausage Crescent Rolls!

Sausage Crescent Rolls!
 A family recipe!
My mom would always make these Christmas morning as we would go and open our presents and they are sooooo good!
And so easy to make!
All you need is:

1 pound of mild pork sausage
                                                                                      2 cans of crescent rolls
1 block of cream cheese, softened

1 egg white

poppy seeds

First you need to brown the sausage and drain it, then add the cream cheese to it.
Next open the crescent rolls and roll it out on a sprayed baking sheet but do not separate the triangles and spread the sausage mixture on top of crescents and then put a layer of crescents on top of the sausage layer.
Spread the egg whites and poppy seeds over the top and bake for 25 minutes at 350 F

If you decide to freeze them after you bake them, then to reheat put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 325F
And there you go!

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies!

I can vouch that these cookies are amazing!
These cookies are so delicious!
Bake Bake Bake!!!
YUM!

½ cupof Semisweet Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup of Butter Cut Into Pieces (1 stick)

1 cup of Flour

3/4 cup ofCocoa Powder

½ teaspoons of Baking Soda

¼teaspoons of Salt

1/3 cups of Sugar

2 Eggs

1¼ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

3/4 cups of Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 325 F and in a medium saucepan melt together the half a cup of chocolate chips and the butter until completely melted.
In a bowl mix the sugar and eggs and then add vanilla after fully mixed. Then add the melted butter and chocolate chips and mix until fully combined. Then add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and lastly add in the chocolate chips.
Now you can transfer the dough to your pan; I like to use an ice cream scooper, anything that gets the dough on the pan works! Pop it into the oven and bake for 10-11 minutes.  The cookies still may be a little gooey at first but if you allow them to sit for 4-10 minutes (this step is important  so that your cookies don't fall apart!) then they will be ready to eat!
